State Enterprise "Chuguev Aircraft Repair Plant" participated in the meeting of heads of aircraft repair enterprises in Europe, which took place on 12 – 15 September, 2011 at the enterprises of "ORAO" d.o.o. (city of Bijeljina, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina), "MOMA STANOYLOVICH" (city Batajnica, Serbia) and the Military Technical Institute (Belgrade, Serbia).

The celebrations dedicated to 80th anniversary of the SE "Lugansk Aircraft Repair Works" took place in Lugansk 26.08.2011. The venue of celebration was the territory of the Aviation Technical Museum.

Aerial surveillance SE "CHARZ" (a balloon and a helicopter with opto-electronic systems) participated in a comprehensive special tactical exercises on extinguishing large forest fires on the base SE "Izyum forestry." As a result, scientists leadership of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and the General Directorate of MOE in Kharkiv region was highly appreciated technical capabilities of aerial surveillance.

The State Enterprise "Chuguev aircraft repair plant" took part in the theoretical and practical seminar that is called «The directions’ formation of the collaboration between National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and Ministry of Defense of Ukraine concerning such questions as the data’s endurance prolongation and the aeronautical engineering’s transfer into operation according to the technical state». The aim of the seminar is the coordination of the scientific researches in the sphere of theory and the methodological ensuring of the prolongation of the life cycles’ periods of the aeronautical engineering, after what the designer's inspection is not realized.

State enterprise «Chuguev aircraft repair plant» being in the delegation of State Company «UKRSPECEXPORT» of SC «SPETSTECHNOEXPORT» has participated in the 8th international space salon «Aero India 2011».
Jointly with the members of company - specexporter a number of working meetings has been held:
- with the president of the company «SAGEM Défense Sécurité»,
 - with the president of the company «Aeronautics Defense Systems Ltd».
The joint working meeting with the commander of Air Forces of Armed forces of Ukraine has been held within the framework of discussion of military-technical cooperation questions.

SE «CHARZ» has received «the Approval Certificate of aeronautical products design organisation» СР № 0019 in the State aviation administration of the Ministry of transport and communication of Ukraine which grants to the enterprise the right to designing of airplanes L-39D (demilitarized) and changes of their typical design.

SE «CHARZ» has taken part in session of the Joint intergovernmental Ukrainian-Korean commission on cooperation in sphere of the defensive industry and logistik (Seoul, Korea).

in Kiev, the company has conducted enterprise has held a scientifically-practical seminar «The Concept of creation of unified system of air supervision in Ukraine». Representatives of the National security and defense council, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State boundary service, the Transport Ministry, the Ministry of Emergency Measures, the Ministry of industrial policy, the State committee of Science, the State Committee of Forestry, SC «Ukrspetsexport», SE "SDB" Luch», National air university, State research institute of aviation, PC «Motor Sich» became the participants of a seminar.
 The Concept main aim is creation of unified system of air supervision which will provide the enforcement authorities, interested institutions and organizations with the operative information.

the First vice-prime minister of Ukraine A. P.KLYUYEV accompanied by the chairman of the Kharkov regional state administration M.M. DOBKIN during the visit to 61st arsenal in Lozovaya has familiarized with pre-production models of unmanned air vehicles of  SE «CHARZ» manufacture.

- In the International defense exhibition “DEFEXPO-2010” – as a part of the Ukrainian delegation, together with SC « SPETSTECHNOEXPORT». 15.02.10 – 19.02.10, New Delhi, India. (Presentation of the enterprise capabilities for repair of aircraft МiG-23, delivery of aggregates and spare parts, a working meeting with company top management “SAGEM – SAFRAN” concerning co-production of UAV complexes).
